- When the candle is first lit, it may be necessary to pour off some of the melted wax until the flame reaches the original core.
- Always place candles in a snug holder and place on a dish or coaster to protect furniture surfaces.
- Flame too high - trim the wick to 1/4".
- Flame too low - pour out the wax.
- For even burning - keep out of a draft.
- It is best to burn candles not more than three to four hours at a time.
- Do not leave burning candles unattended.
- Candles refrigerated before using will burn more slowly and evenly. Wrap in plastic to prevent wicks from absorbing moisture.
- Candle colors will fade. Keep candles away from direct sunlight.
