| All orders are shipped by UPS. In most cases orders to be shipped out of the United States are shipped USPS.
All orders are usually shipped within 3 - 5 business days, depending on the time of year.
- All orders in the continental United States and Canada are shipped by UPS Ground. All orders to be shipped outside of the US will be shipped by USPS or UPS, depending on which is the cheapest. Shipping weights are based on the weight of the packaged order as well as where it is shipped to.
- Merchandise which is shipped back to us due to an incorrect address will be billed for any shipping charges we are charged. This also applies to any address we are given that is incorrect, the fee charged by UPS will be charged to the customer.
- We do not ship orders C.O.D. (cash on delivery).
Return Policy:
All of our products are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please return your merchandise to us at : Elizabeth's Candles, 6705 Victorian Ct., Granbury, TX 76049. We will send you a full refund or replacement of the merchandise. We will not refund any shipping and handling charges.
Receiving Broken Merchandise: All of our merchandise is inspected for damage prior to shipping, and we package all merchandise with bubble wrap and packing peanuts. If you receive merchandise that is broken, please report all damaged merchandise to Elizabeth's Candles at 1-800-995-9425, please contact us within 3 days from the delivery date, and hold onto the merchandise and original packaging. If we do not hear from you within 3 business days we will assume you received your order with no damages. After this date we will no longer be responsible for replacing the merchandise.
Please report any missing merchandise or order mistakes within 24 hours of delivery.
After 24 hours from delivery, we will assume that your order was completed as submitted and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after that time.
