All orders are usually shipped within 5 - 7 business days, depending on the time of year.
All orders are shipped by UPS. Shipping weights are based on the weight of the packaged order as well as the shipping address. Orders can be shipped by USPS but will need to be ordered by phone or email.
Merchandise which is shipped back to us due to incorrect address, that is not our error, will be billed back to the customer for any shipping charges we are charged.
We do not ship order C.O.D. (cash on delivery).
Return Policy:
We guarantee our candles will burn properly under normal care and candle maintenance. If this does not happen, please let us know and we will refund, credit or exchange the product. All products must be returned within 30 days. All products are handmade; therefore, we would like the candle back for testing to determine the problem. Please pack the item very carefully so it will not be damaged on the return. Items that are damaged during transit back to us due to improper packaging will not be eligible for refund, credit, or exchange. We do not refund money or exchange if you do not like the scent. If you are unsure on a scent, order a votive three pack first.
Receiving Broken Merchandise:
All of our merchandise is inspected for damage prior to shipping. If you receive merchandise that is broken, please report all damaged merchandise within 3 days from the delivery date to receive a return authorization number and hold onto the merchandise and original packaging. Please pack the item very carefully so it will not be damaged on the return. Items that are damaged during transit back to us due to improper packaging will not be eligible for refund, credit, or exchange. All items must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for refund, credit or exchange. If we do not hear from you within 3 business days we will assume you received your order with no damages. After this date, we will no longer be responsible for replacing the merchandise.
Elizabeth’s Candlesis not responsible for your order once it leaves our premises. Although it is rare for an order to arrive damaged, we do understand accidents do happen, therefore, we strongly advise that you request by email, phone or text message to add insurance to your shipping charges if not shipping UPS.
Please report any missing merchandise or order mistakes within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours from delivery, we will assume that your order was completed as submitted and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after that time. We do not refund money or exchanges if you do not like the scent. If you are unsure on a scent, order a votive three pack first.
